A b o u t
Dr. Sarah Jarosinski is from Richmond, Virginia and grew up with a strong love of animals. She knew from age nine that veterinary medicine was her calling. Following graduation from Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia, she attended Texas A&M University’s College of Veterinary Medicine in College Station, Texas. Having grown up riding horses, she initially pursued a career in equine medicine by completing an equine internship at Mid Atlantic Equine Medical Center in Ringoes, New Jersey followed by a large animal rotating internship at Texas A&M University. However, once she discovered a career path in anesthesia and analgesia, she realized she could have the opportunity to work with all animals in a profoundly fulfilling way. Though she pivoted in her career goals, she remained at Texas A&M completing her residency in 2022. She obtained board-certification in 2022 after passing the American College of Veterinary Anesthesia and Analgesia board exam.
From a young age, Dr. Jarosinski has been mentored by countless veterinarians, technical staff and other professionals in closely related fields. These interactions left a lasting impact on Dr. Jarosinski, and she is passionate about stepping into that mentor role now as a veterinarian.
P e r s o n a l
In her spare time, Dr. Jarosinski enjoys riding horses, distance running and spending time with her husband and two dogs, Eloise and Daphne. Dr. Jarosinski is a proud military spouse and has traveled much of the country to spend time with her husband, Josh when the Navy requires that he spend time away from home. She has found that consulting and locum work gives her the opportunity to help many more patients and colleagues.
